This Privacy Policy applies to all applications published by TuringMedia ("we", "us", "our"), including but not limited to PawReminder and ZenOCD (collectively, "the Apps").
Data Storage
All data you enter in our Apps is stored:
- Locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework
- In your private iCloud account (if iCloud is enabled) for syncing across your devices
We have no access to your iCloud data. It is encrypted and managed entirely by Apple under your Apple Account.
Data We Collect
We do not collect any personal data. Specifically:
- No account creation or login required
- No personal information is transmitted to our servers
- No analytics or tracking SDKs are used
- No advertising identifiers are collected
- No data is shared with third parties
Photos & Media
Some of our Apps allow you to select photos from your device's library. Images are stored locally within the App's data container and your iCloud account. Photos are never uploaded to any external server.
Location Data
Some of our Apps may use location data for features like walk tracking or finding nearby services. Location data is used solely within the App and stored locally on your device and in your private iCloud account. It is never transmitted to us or any third party.
Health & Wellness Data
Some of our Apps allow you to track health-related information (mood, anxiety levels, pet health records, etc.). This data is stored exclusively on your device and in your private iCloud account. We never have access to this information.
Notifications
Our Apps may use local notifications to remind you of tasks and activities. These notifications are scheduled entirely on your device and do not require any server communication.
In-App Purchases
Premium subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information.
Data Deletion
You can delete all your data at any time from within each App's Settings. This action is permanent and will also remove data synced to iCloud.
Children's Privacy
Our Apps do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. They are designed for general audiences and do not require any personal data to function.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
