1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using any application published by TuringMedia ("the Apps"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Apps.
2. Description of Service
TuringMedia publishes iOS applications including but not limited to:
- PawReminder - Pet care tracking (health reminders, weight, walks, meals, photo journal)
- ZenOCD - OCD & anxiety relief (CBT/ERP exercises, mood journal, soundbox, Y-BOCS assessment)
Each app may offer different features; refer to the respective App Store listing for details.
3. User Accounts and Data
Our Apps do not require account creation. Your data is stored locally on your device and in your private iCloud account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple Account and device.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Some of our Apps offer auto-renewable subscription plans ("Premium") that unlock additional features. Subscription options and pricing are displayed within each App.
Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions.
5. Data Deletion
You can delete all your data at any time from within each App via Settings > Delete all my data. This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Deleted data will also be removed from iCloud.
6. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TuringMedia and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. They are not a substitute for professional advice. PawReminder does not provide veterinary advice. ZenOCD does not replace professional therapy or medical treatment. Always consult qualified professionals for health-related needs.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TuringMedia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Apps, including but not limited to loss of data.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
