Frequently Asked Questions

Is my data private?

Yes. All your data is stored locally on your device and in your private iCloud account. We have no access to it and nothing is sent to external servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I sync data between my devices?

Our apps use iCloud to sync your data automatically. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple Account on all your devices and that iCloud is enabled for the app in Settings.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Go to Settings > your name > Subscriptions on your iPhone, find the app, and tap Cancel Subscription.

How do I restore my purchases?

Open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Restore purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you used to subscribe.

I lost my data after reinstalling the app

If iCloud was enabled before uninstalling, your data should restore automatically. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple Account and connected to the internet. Allow a few minutes for the sync to complete.

How do I delete all my data?

Open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Delete all my data". This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Data will also be removed from iCloud.

What iOS version is required?

Our apps require iOS 17.0 or later.
